PEMRIA (“we,” “our,” or “us”) is a women’s wellness application operated by Nest Productions. We are committed to protecting your personal information and your right to privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and protect your information when you use the PEMRIA mobile application.

Please read this policy carefully. If you disagree with its terms, please discontinue use of the app.

2. Information We Collect

We collect the following information when you create an account and use PEMRIA:

Full name and email address
Birth month and year (used to assign your life stage)
Health and wellness data you voluntarily enter, including cycle tracking, symptoms, mood, physical activity, sleep, digestion, medication, and weight
Device information and app usage data for performance and improvement purposes

We do not collect your Social Security number, financial account information, or government-issued identification.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use your information solely to:

Personalize your wellness content based on your life stage
Deliver your annual Birthday Wellness Check-In
Process and manage your subscription through Stripe
Provide customer support
Improve app performance and user experience

We do not sell, rent, lease, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes under any circumstances.

4. How We Store and Protect Your Information

Your data is stored securely using Google Firebase, one of the world’s most trusted cloud infrastructure platforms. All data is encrypted in transit using Transport Layer Security (TLS) and encrypted at rest using AES-256 encryption, both of which are industry-standard protocols recognized by leading security organizations.

We have implemented multiple layers of technical and organizational safeguards, including access controls, authentication requirements, and regular security reviews. While we are committed to maintaining the highest standards of data protection, no digital platform can provide an absolute guarantee against all forms of unauthorized access. In the unlikely event of a security incident that affects your personal data, we will notify you promptly and in accordance with applicable law.

5. Data Retention

We retain your personal data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services. If you delete your account, your personal data will be permanently removed from our systems within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.

7. Children’s Privacy

PEMRIA is designed for users age 11 and older. For users under 13, we collect only the minimum information necessary to provide the service. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 11. 8. Third-Party Services

PEMRIA uses the following third-party services to operate the app:

Google Firebase — authentication and data storage
Stripe — payment processing (we never store your payment card details)

Each of these services maintains its own privacy policy and security standards.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any significant changes via email or through the app. Continued use of PEMRIA after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
