What is PEMRIA?

PEMRIA is a women’s wellness app designed to support every stage of life from age 11 to 101. It delivers personalized health content, cycle tracking, symptom logging, and wellness tools tailored to your life stage.

Who is PEMRIA for?

PEMRIA is for every woman — from tweens navigating puberty to women in their legacy years. Wherever you are in life, PEMRIA meets you there.

Is my health data private?

Yes. Your data is encrypted and stored securely through Google Firebase. We never sell or share your personal information. Please review our full Privacy Policy.

How does PEMRIA know what content to show me?

When you sign up, you enter your birth month and year. PEMRIA uses this to assign your life stage and deliver relevant content. Each year during your birth month, you’ll receive a wellness check-in that allows you to update your circumstances so your content stays accurate.

What devices does PEMRIA support?

PEMRIA is available on iOS and Android mobile devices.

Subscription Help

What subscription plans are available?

Women aged 80 and older are automatically moved to the Free tier on their 80th birthday.

How do I upgrade my subscription?

Go to Settings → Subscription in the app and select your preferred plan. You will be prompted to enter payment information securely through Stripe.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Go to Settings → Subscription → Cancel Subscription. Your access continues until the end of your current billing period. We do not offer refunds for partial periods.

What is a Charter Member?

Charter Members are founding subscribers who join PEMRIA before October 1, 2026. Your $10/month rate is locked permanently — even if you cancel and return, your Charter rate is always restored when you use the same email address.

I was a Charter Member and cancelled. Will I get my rate back?

Yes. As long as you use the same email address when you resubscribe, your Charter Member rate will be automatically restored.

Can I switch between monthly and annual billing?

Yes. Contact us at hello@pemria.com and we will assist you with any billing changes.

Account Help

How do I reset my password?

On the sign-in screen, tap “Forgot Password” and enter your email address. You will receive a password reset link within a few minutes. Check your spam folder if you don’t see it.

How do I update my profile information?

Go to your profile icon → Edit Profile. You can update your name, email, phone number, and birth date from this screen.

How do I update my life stage information?

Your life stage is automatically calculated from your birth month and year. Each year during your birth month, PEMRIA will invite you to complete a wellness check-in where you can update your health circumstances — such as early menopause, a new diagnosis, or major life changes.

How do I delete my account?

Go to Settings → Account → Delete Account. Please note that account deletion is permanent. All your personal data will be removed from our systems within 30 days. Your subscription will be cancelled immediately and no refund will be issued for any remaining billing period.

I can’t log in. What should I do?

First try resetting your password using the “Forgot Password” link on the sign-in screen. If you continue to have trouble, email us at hello@pemria.com with your account email address and we will assist you.

Technical Support

The app is not loading. What should I do?

Try the following steps in order:

My content isn’t showing up. What’s wrong?

Make sure you are connected to the internet. Content is loaded in real time. If the issue continues after reconnecting, log out and log back in.

How do I report a bug?

Email hello@pemria.com with the subject line “Bug Report.” Please include a description of what happened, what you expected to happen, and your device model and operating system version. Screenshots are helpful if you can include them.

The app crashed. What do I do?

We apologize for the inconvenience. Please restart the app and email hello@pemria.com if the problem continues. Your data is saved automatically and should not be affected by a crash.

Life Stage Questions

How does PEMRIA determine my life stage?

PEMRIA uses your birth month and year to calculate your current life stage. The stages are:

What if my life stage doesn’t match my experiences?

Life is not always linear. That is why PEMRIA offers an annual Birthday Wellness Check-In every year during your birth month. This check-in allows you to tell us about your real circumstances — such as early menopause, a health diagnosis, grief, or major life changes — so your content stays meaningful and accurate regardless of your age.

Will my content change automatically as I age?

Yes. As you move from one life stage to the next, your content will automatically update to reflect your new stage.

I am 80 years old. Do I still have access to PEMRIA?

Absolutely. Women aged 80 and older are our Apex members and always receive full free access to PEMRIA. On your 80th birthday, your account automatically converts to the Free tier — no action required on your part.

My daughter is 11 and I want her to use PEMRIA. Is it appropriate?

Yes. PEMRIA’s Blooming content is specifically designed for young users ages 11–17. It emphasizes adolescent development, body awareness, puberty, and healthy habits in an age-appropriate, supportive way. We believe every girl deserves accurate and compassionate health information from the very beginning.
